Getting there

Public Transportation

From Tilicho Lake, you will start by trekking down to the nearest road access point. This usually takes about 3-4 hours depending on your pace. The nearest bus station is at Khangsar, which is about 12 kilometers from Tilicho Lake. Once you reach Khangsar, you can take a local bus or jeep to Namarjung. The bus fare typically costs around NPR 300-500. Once you arrive in Namarjung, you can ask locals for directions to 루블라 패스, which is approximately 5 km from the center of Namarjung.

Private Vehicle

If you have access to a private vehicle, drive from Tilicho Lake back to Khangsar. The road is rugged, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended. After reaching Khangsar, you can continue driving towards Namarjung, taking the same route as the public transportation mentioned above. Make sure to ask for directions to 루블라 패스 upon arrival in Namarjung, as it's a short drive from there.

Trekking

If you prefer a more adventurous route, you can trek from Tilicho Lake to 루블라 패스. The trek will take approximately 6-8 hours. Ensure you have a guide and proper trekking gear.
