If you are starting from the main entrance of Lumbini, head straight into the Lumbini Sacred Garden. Follow the path straight ahead, passing the various monastic zones on your left and right. Keep walking until you reach the East Monastic Zone, where the Royal Thai Monastery is located. The monastery is situated near the eastern part of the garden. Look for the distinctive Thai architecture; it’s hard to miss!

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the entrance of Lumbini. Once you have your bicycle, ride straight into the Lumbini Sacred Garden. Follow the main path, and make sure to take in the sights along the way. When you reach the East Monastic Zone, look for signs leading to the Royal Thai Monastery. It is located in the eastern section of the garden, surrounded by beautiful greenery.
