Car
If you are traveling by car, head to the nearest major city, Bhaktapur, which is about 13 km from Nala Ugrachandi. From Bhaktapur, take the Araniko Highway (also known as the Kathmandu-Lhasa Highway) towards Banepa. After approximately 14 km, take a left turn onto the road leading to Nala. Continue on this road for about 6 km until you reach the village of Nala Ugrachandi. You can use GPS coordinates (27.677704, 85.5342615) for precise navigation to the Trekking Resting Point.
Public Transportation - Bus
For those using public transportation, you can take a local bus from Kathmandu to Banepa. Buses leave frequently from the bus park in Kathmandu, and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Banepa, transfer to a local bus or microbus heading to Nala. The fare for the bus ride to Banepa is around 100 NPR, and the local bus from Banepa to Nala is about 30 NPR. After reaching Nala, you can either walk for approximately 15 minutes following the road signs or hire a local taxi for around 300 NPR to take you directly to the Trekking Resting Point.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in Mid-Hills directly to the Trekking Resting Point. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the journey. The cost may vary, but you should expect to pay between 1,500 to 2,000 NPR depending on your starting point within Mid-Hills.
