Walking
From the center of Nagarkot, head towards the main road leading to Bhaktapur. Follow the path that leads you downhill, staying on the main road. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the bus stop at Changunarayan. From there, you can catch a local bus to Kathmandu. The bus will take you to the bus terminal in Kathmandu. Once you reach the terminal, ask for directions to Amrit Marg in Thamel, which is a well-known area. The Nepal Highpoint Trekking office is located on Amrit Marg, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the terminal.

Bus
If you prefer taking a bus, walk to the Nagarkot bus station and catch a bus heading to Bhaktapur. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Bhaktapur, switch to a bus going to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, get off at the bus terminal and ask for directions to Thamel. From Thamel, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Amrit Marg, where the Nepal Highpoint Trekking office is located.
