Getting There

Walking
Start from the center of Nagarkot, near the main square where you will find various shops and eateries. Head east towards the Nagarkot Viewpoint, continuing straight along the main road. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign pointing towards Mahamanjushree Sthan. Follow the signs as you turn left onto Saraswatisthan Road. Continue along this road for another 500 meters. The Maha Manjushree Sthan will be on your right, just off the main road. Look for the entrance marked with Buddhist flags and a small pathway leading up to the temple.

If you are starting from the Nagarkot Buddha Stupa, head west and take the first right onto a dirt path that leads downhill. Follow this path for about 600 meters until you reach a junction. At the junction, take the left path which will lead you back toward Saraswatisthan Road. Once you reach this road, turn left and walk for about 300 meters. You will see Maha Manjushree Sthan on your left side as you approach.

From the Nagarkot Hiking Trail, if you are coming from the east side of Nagarkot, follow the trail that leads you through the forest towards the viewpoint. Once you reach the viewpoint, take the path leading down back towards the main road. As you descend, keep an eye out for the sign for Maha Manjushree Sthan, which will be on your left. Follow the signs down the road, and in about 500 meters, you will arrive at the temple.
