Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from within Narayani Zone, head towards Pokhara. Use the Prithvi Highway (also called the Pokhara Highway) which connects Narayani Zone to Pokhara. Once you reach Pokhara, follow the signs to Phewa Lake. You can park your car at designated parking areas near the lake. From the parking area, you may need to walk or hire a local taxi to reach the Phewa Lake View Point, which is about 2 km away from the lake's edge.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Phewa Lake View Point via public transport, first take a bus or microbus from Narayani Zone to Pokhara. Buses frequently depart from major bus stations. Once you arrive in Pokhara, use a local taxi or ride-sharing service to reach Phewa Lake. The taxi ride will take about 10-15 minutes and will cost you around NPR 300-500. Upon reaching Phewa Lake, you can either walk or hire a boat to get closer to the view point area.

• Walking

  From the Phewa Lake area, you can walk to the Phewa Lake View Point. The walk is scenic and will take about 30-45 minutes. Start from the lakeside promenade and follow the marked trails leading to the viewpoint. Be prepared for some uphill walking towards the end, but the views are worth it.

• Bicycle Rental

  For a more adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle in Pokhara. Many shops offer bicycles for rent. From the lakeside, cycle towards the Phewa Lake View Point. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
