    If you are starting from Patan Durbar Square, head southeast towards the main road, called 'Pulchowk Road.' Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with 'Jawalakhel Road.' Turn left onto Jawalakhel Road. Continue walking for approximately 500 meters; you will see the entrance to Central Zoo on your right.

    From the Patan Museum, exit the museum and head east towards the main road. When you reach 'Pulchowk Road,' turn left and walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with 'Jawalakhel Road.' Turn right onto Jawalakhel Road and walk for another 500 meters. The entrance to Central Zoo will be on your right.

    If you are at the Golden Temple (Hiranya Varna Mahavihar), start by walking towards 'Mangal Bazar.' From Mangal Bazar, head towards 'Pulchowk Road' by taking the main street south. Once you reach Pulchowk Road, turn right and walk for 1 kilometer until you arrive at the intersection with 'Jawalakhel Road.' Turn left onto Jawalakhel Road and continue for about 500 meters to reach Central Zoo, which will be on your right.
