After approximately 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the junction with Thamel Marg. Turn right onto Thamel Marg. Continue walking for another 200 meters and you will find Green Valley Nepal Treks on your left. Look for the prominent sign outside the agency.

Find a nearby rickshaw stand in Patan Durbar Square. Inform the driver that you want to go to Thamel Marg in Kathmandu. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Thamel Marg, ask the driver to drop you off near Green Valley Nepal Treks, which should be easily recognizable by its sign and is located at Thamel Marg, Kathmandu 44600.
Public Bus

Head to the nearest bus stop in Patan. Look for buses heading towards Kathmandu, and board one that has 'Thamel' as a destination. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes.
