From the square, head southeast towards the main road (Patan - Sunakothi Road) for about 10 minutes (approximately 800 meters). Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking along the road. After about 1 kilometer, you will come to a fork; take the right path towards Dhapakhel. Continue along this road for another 1 kilometer until you reach the junction where you must turn left onto Dhapakhel - Sunnakothi - Dholahity Road. Continue straight for about 600 meters, and you will find Malifat View Point on your right. The view from here is breathtaking, making the walk worthwhile!

    Begin at Patan Durbar Square and walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for a bus heading towards Sunakothi. Once on the bus, stay on for about 15 minutes until you reach the Dhapakhel bus stop. Disembark at the stop and walk towards Dhapakhel - Sunnakothi - Dholahity Road. Turn left onto this road and walk straight for approximately 600 meters. Malifat View Point will be on your right side. This is a great option if you want to experience local transport.
