Getting There

Walking

From the center of Patan Durbar Square, head northeast towards the main road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Ratna Park area. At Ratna Park, you will see signs for Thamel. Follow the signs and walk for about 20 minutes through the busy streets. You will eventually enter Thamel, a vibrant tourist district. Continue on Thamel Marg for about 500 meters, and you will find Mera Peak Climbing on your right.

Find a cycle rickshaw at Patan Durbar Square. Tell the driver you want to go to Thamel Marg, Kathmandu. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
