Getting There

Walking
From Patan Durbar Square, head east towards the main road. Once you reach the main road (Lalitpur Road), turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Patan Hospital on your right. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes, passing various shops and local eateries. You will then reach a fork in the road; take the right path that leads towards Nayabazar. After about 10 more minutes of walking, you will see the Nepal Hiking Team office located at Nayabazar 16 on your left.

Walking
If you are starting from the Golden Temple (Hiranya Varna Mahavihar), exit the temple and head towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Patan Hospital. From there, turn right and continue walking straight along the road for approximately 20 minutes. As you approach Nayabazar, keep an eye out for the Nepal Hiking Team office at Nayabazar 16 on your left.

Public Transportation
From Patan, you can take a local microbus heading towards Kathmandu. Board the bus from the nearest bus stop, and inform the conductor that you want to go to Nayabazar. The bus will take you through various streets, and after about 15-20 minutes, you will arrive at Nayabazar. Once you get off, walk towards Nayabazar 16, where the Nepal Hiking Team is located. It should only be a short walk from the bus stop.
