Getting There
Walking
From Patan Durbar Square, head east on Lalitpur Road (also known as Patan Road) towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Ring Road. At the junction, turn left onto Ring Road and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Gongabu area. Once you see the Tokha area sign, take a right turn. Continue for about 500 meters until you reach Mahadevtar height. Look for the Oriental Journeys office on your left. The total walking distance is about 2 kilometers, which should take around 25-30 minutes.
Public Bus
From Patan Durbar Square, walk to the nearest bus stop on Lalitpur Road. Take a local bus heading towards Gongabu. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Gongabu, ask the bus conductor to let you know when to get off. After getting off, walk towards the Tokha area. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Mahadevtar height. The Oriental Journeys office will be on your left. Make sure to confirm the bus's final destination before boarding.
Taxi or Ride-Sharing
If you prefer a quicker option, you can use a taxi or ride-sharing app. From Patan Durbar Square, simply request a ride to 'Mahadevtar height, Tokha 11, Kathmandu'. The driver will take you directly to the destination. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the location with the driver before starting your journey.
