Start your journey at the Patan Durbar Square, one of the main attractions in Patan. From the square, head east towards the main road, which is called 'Mangal Bazar.' Continue walking down Mangal Bazar until you reach the intersection with 'Jawalekhel Road.' Turn left onto Jawalekhel Road and walk straight for about 10-15 minutes. You'll pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for the signs leading to Tundikhel. As you approach the end of Jawalekhel Road, you will see Tundikhel on your left side.

If you are starting from the Golden Temple (Hiranya Varna Mahavihar), exit the temple grounds and turn right onto 'Pulchowk Road.' Walk straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with 'Kantipath Road.' At this intersection, turn left onto Kantipath Road. Continue walking for a few minutes, and you will find Tundikhel on your right side. This route provides a scenic view of the local area.

Another option is to start from the Patan Museum. Exit the museum and turn left, heading towards the main road. Cross the road and continue straight towards 'Kantipath Road.' After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will see Tundikhel as you approach the end of the road on your left.
