Start your journey from the center of Lakeside, Pokhara. Head east on the main street (Lakeside Road) until you reach the intersection with the Prithvi Highway. Turn left onto the Prithvi Highway and walk for about 1 km. You will pass several local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you see a sign for the 'Egret Breeding Ground' on your right. Take the unnamed road leading to the breeding ground and follow it for approximately 500 meters until you reach the entrance.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Lakeside, Pokhara. Begin by cycling east along Lakeside Road. After about 1 km, turn left onto Prithvi Highway. Ride for another 1 km, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Look for the sign for the Egret Breeding Ground on your right. Turn onto the unnamed road and cycle approximately 500 meters to reach the breeding ground.

From Lakeside, find the nearest bus stop that services the route towards the Prithvi Highway. Board a local bus or microbus heading towards the bus terminal. Once you reach the bus terminal, disembark and walk towards the Prithvi Highway. Head east for about 1 km and look for the sign for 'Egret Breeding Ground' on your right. Follow the unnamed road for about 500 meters to reach your destination.
