If you are starting from Lakeside, head east on the main road (Lakeside Road) towards the Fewa Lake. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Prithvi Highway. Turn right onto the Prithvi Highway and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. As you walk, keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards Ram Ghat. Once you reach Ram Ghat, look for the Shiv Mandir Marg 1 street on your left. The Regional Museum will be located on this street.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many shops in Lakeside. Start by cycling along Lakeside Road heading east towards the Fewa Lake. After reaching the intersection with the Prithvi Highway, turn right and cycle along the highway for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the turnoff to Ram Ghat on your left. Once in Ram Ghat, take Shiv Mandir Marg 1, and you will find the Regional Museum along this road.
