Getting There

Walking
Start at Lakeside, a popular area in Pokhara. Head east towards the main road (Prithvi Highway). Walk along the lakeside until you reach the intersection with the Highway. From here, continue straight along the Prithvi Highway until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Sarangkot. Turn left onto the road to Sarangkot, which will be a steep incline. Follow this road for approximately 2-3 kilometers. As you ascend, you will pass through a few small shops and houses. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Tutunga National Flag Point. The path may split in various directions; stay on the main path to reach the viewpoint. After about 30-40 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Tutunga National Flag Point, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Annapurna range and the Pokhara valley.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Lakeside. Start your ride heading east towards the Prithvi Highway. Once on the highway, turn left and head towards the Sarangkot road. As you cycle up the Sarangkot road, be prepared for a steep incline. The ride may take around 20-30 minutes, depending on your fitness level. Along the way, enjoy the scenery and take breaks as needed. Follow the road signs to Tutunga National Flag Point. After reaching the top, park your bicycle and walk a short distance to the viewpoint.
