Car
If you are traveling by car from any location in Rolwaling Valley, head towards the nearest main road that connects to the highway leading to Kathmandu. From there, follow the signs to the town of Syabrubesi, which is approximately 6-7 hours away depending on traffic and road conditions. Upon reaching Syabrubesi, make sure to refuel and stock up on supplies, as this is one of the last major stops before heading deeper into the valley. From Syabrubesi, you will need to switch to a jeep or local bus heading towards the Langtang region.

To reach Mardi Himal via public transportation, you can take a local bus from your location in Rolwaling Valley to Kathmandu. The bus ride typically takes around 10-12 hours. From Kathmandu, take a tourist bus to Pokhara, which takes around 7-8 hours. Once in Pokhara, you can hire a local jeep or take a bus to Kande, the nearest starting point for the trek to Mardi Himal. This leg of the journey will cost around NPR 500-1000 for the bus and NPR 2000-3000 for the jeep.
