If you are driving to the Palingsound Museum at Slobbeland 19 in Volendam, start from central Achterhoek. Navigate to the A1 highway heading towards Amsterdam. After about 60 kilometers, take the exit towards the A10 ring road and follow signs for A10/Nieuwe Meer. Continue on the A10 until you reach the A7 exit toward Hoorn/Volendam. Follow the A7 for approximately 20 kilometers, then take exit 6 for Volendam. Follow the signs to Volendam and then to the center. Once you reach Volendam, look for Slobbeland street. The museum will be on your right at number 19.
