Car
If you are driving from the center of Achterhoek, head northwest on the N318 towards the A1 motorway. Merge onto the A1 motorway and follow the signs for Amsterdam. Continue on the A1 for approximately 90 kilometers. Take exit 14 toward Amsterdam-Zuid and merge onto the A10 ring road. Follow the A10 and take exit 9 towards Amstelveen. Continue on the N522, then turn onto the Merwedeplein. The Sculpture of Anne Frank will be on your right.

From Achterhoek, take the train from the nearest station to Amsterdam Central Station. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central, transfer to tram line 12 or 16 towards Amsterdam-Zuid. Get off at the 'Zuid' tram stop. From there, it's a short walk to Merwedeplein. Head south on Van der Boechorstraat, then turn right onto Merwedeplein. The Sculpture of Anne Frank will be located at the square.
