From Amersfoort Central Station, take bus number 6 towards 'Vathorst'. The bus departs frequently, approximately every 10-15 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Hindeloopenkade'. Once you exit the bus, walk in the direction of the water until you reach Hindeloopenkade 116. You will see Vlothorst on your right.

If you are near the city center, you can also walk to Vlothorst. Start at the main square, 'Hof'. Head southeast towards 'Langestraat', then continue straight until you reach the 'Langegracht'. Follow 'Langegracht' until you reach the roundabout and take the first exit onto 'Vathorstlaan'. Continue walking straight for about 30-40 minutes. You will eventually reach Hindeloopenkade; turn right and walk to number 116.
