Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from Amersfoort train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Stationsstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Utrechtseweg. Turn left onto Utrechtseweg and follow the road until you see the signs for 'Centrum' (City Center). Continue walking straight until you reach the large square, called 'De Hof.' From there, head towards the right side of the square and walk down the street called 'Korte Gracht.' After a few minutes, you will see signs for Kleine Spui. Continue along this street, and you will arrive at Couple Gate, located at Kleine Spui, 3811 BE Amersfoort.

Walking

If you are starting from the city center (e.g., Molenplein), make your way towards the 'Langegracht' street. Walk along Langegracht until you reach the intersection with 'Kleine Spui.' Turn left onto Kleine Spui and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will see Couple Gate on your right. It's a historical landmark and should be easy to spot.

If you are near the 'Koppelpoort' (another historical landmark), walk south along the 'Koppelweg' until you reach the intersection with 'Kleine Spui.' Turn right onto Kleine Spui and keep walking straight. Couple Gate will be located on your left side after a short walk. The area is picturesque, so take your time to enjoy the views.
