From Amsterdam Central Station, take a train to 'Zanndijk' or 'Purmerend' station. Trains to both destinations depart regularly. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Zanndijk' or 'Purmerend', transfer to a bus that goes to Marken. Follow signs to the bus terminal, and look for bus number 314 or 315, which will take you directly to Marken. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes.

If you prefer, you can take a direct bus from Amsterdam. From Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, board bus 316 towards 'Marken'. The bus ride will take approximately 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive in Marken, you will be very close to the Monument mannen van Marken. Just follow the signs towards Kerkbuurt, and you will find the monument at Kerkbuurt 93A.

Ferry and Bus
You can also take a ferry from Amsterdam to 'Volendam'. From the ferry terminal, take bus 110 or 112 towards 'Marken'. The bus ride from Volendam to Marken will take about 15-20 minutes. Upon arrival in Marken, follow the signs to Kerkbuurt, where the Monument mannen van Marken is located at Kerkbuurt 93A.
