Once you arrive at Leiden Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Stationsweg. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Breestraat. Turn right onto Breestraat, and continue walking until you reach the Oude Singel canal. Turn left onto Oude Singel, and you will find Museum De Lakenhal at number 32.

From various locations in Amsterdam, you can take bus line 22 towards Leiden. Get off at the stop called 'Leiden, Breestraat'. From there, walk towards the Breestraat and head straight until you reach the intersection with the Oude Singel canal. Turn left onto Oude Singel, and continue walking. Museum De Lakenhal will be on your left at Oude Singel 32.
