Walking
If you are starting from Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head south onto Stationsplein. Turn left onto the Prins Hendrikkade and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will cross the water and find yourself on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Kloveniersburgwal, and turn right. Walk for about 5 minutes and you will see a sign for Wertheimpark on your left, located at Anne Frankstraat 172.

Tram
From Amsterdam Central Station, catch Tram 14 towards Flevopark. Get off at the 'Artis' stop (approximately 10 minutes). Once you exit the tram, head southeast on Plantage Middenlaan. Continue onto the Plantage Kerklaan, then turn left onto the Weesperzijde. Walk until you reach the intersection with Anne Frankstraat, where you will find Wertheimpark on your right.

Take Metro Line 52 (North-South line) from Amsterdam Central Station to the 'Zuid' station.
