If you are near Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head southeast towards Damrak street. Continue straight on Damrak until you reach the Dam Square. From Dam Square, take the Rokin street heading east. When you reach the intersection with the Muntplein, turn left onto Reguliersbreestraat. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with the Amstel River. Cross the river using the bridge and continue straight onto the Anne Frankstraat. Look for Anne Frankstraat 172, where Wertheimpark is located.
