Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Markt square. Once you reach the Markt, look for the large open square, and you will find the Standbeeld van Hugo de Groot on the east side of the square, near the city hall.

If you are at the Oude Kerk (Old Church), exit the church and turn left onto the Kerkstraat. Continue straight until you reach the Markt square. As you approach the square, the Standbeeld van Hugo de Groot will be visible on your right side, towards the east end of the square.
