From the center of Rotterdam, head north on Coolsingel towards Stadhuisplein. Continue straight onto Westersingel and then turn right onto Westblaak. Continue onto the A20 motorway. Take the exit towards A13/E20. Merge onto the A13 and then take exit 12 toward Rotterdam-Noord. Continue onto Hofdijk and you will find De Brandgrens at Hofdijk 651, 3032 CG Rotterdam. There is parking available nearby.

From Rotterdam Central Station, take tram line 7 towards Woudestein. Get off at the stop 'Hofdijk' which is a short walk from De Brandgrens. Once you get off the tram, walk back towards Hofdijk and you will find the museum at Hofdijk 651. The journey takes about 20 minutes and trams run frequently throughout the day.
