Car

If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards the A44 motorway. From the Dutch Coast region, you can access the A44 from various points. Once on the A44, follow signs for Wassenaar. Take exit 8 toward Wassenaar and merge onto N44. Continue on N44, then follow signs for Duinrell, which will be on your right at Duinrell 1, 2242 JP Wassenaar. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

Public Transportation

To reach Duinrell using public transport, first get to either The Hague or Leiden, which are well-connected cities. From The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal), take bus number 43 towards Wassenaar, and get off at the 'Duinrell' bus stop. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, from Leiden Central Station, take bus number 30 towards Wassenaar, and again get off at the 'Duinrell' stop. The bus fare is typically around €3.50, and you can purchase tickets at the station or on the bus.

Bike

For those who enjoy cycling, you can bike to Duinrell from nearby areas. There are bike paths leading directly to Wassenaar. You can rent a bike in towns like The Hague or Leiden. The ride is scenic and takes about 30-45 minutes depending on your starting point. Make sure to lock your bike in the designated bike parking area when you arrive.
