If you're traveling by car, start from the center of The Hague. Head northwest on the Laan van Meerdervoort toward the Kon. Wilhelminalaan. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers. Once you reach the intersection with the Kon. Wilhelminalaan, turn right and proceed for about 500 meters. The viewing point is located on your left at Kon. Wilhelminalaan 393, 2274 AK Voorburg. There is street parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking regulations.

Public Transportation
To reach the viewing point via public transportation, take tram line 17 from The Hague Central Station towards Voorburg. Get off at the 'Voorburg, Prinses Mariannelaan' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk: head northeast on the Prinses Mariannelaan, turn left onto the Kon. Wilhelminalaan, and walk for about 800 meters. The viewing point will be on your right at Kon. Wilhelminalaan 393. Please check the local transportation website for the current ticket prices, which typically range from €3 to €5 one way.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in The Hague. Head northwest towards the Laan van Meerdervoort and follow the cycling path for about 3 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Kon. Wilhelminalaan, turn right and cycle for about 500 meters. The viewing point will be on your left. There are bike racks available for parking your bicycle at the destination.
