If you are driving from Egmond aan Zee, head southeast on Zeeweg (N512) towards Egmond aan den Hoef. Continue on Zeeweg for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Slotweg. The Ruines Castle Egmond will be on your left at Slotweg 46. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

To take public transportation from Egmond aan Zee, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Zeeweg. You can take Bus 166 towards Alkmaar. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Egmond aan den Hoef, Slotweg' stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes to reach Ruines Castle Egmond, which will be located at Slotweg 46.
