Start by heading north on Egmondseweg toward Egmond aan Zee. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with N513. Turn left onto N513 and follow the signs for A9 toward Amsterdam. Merge onto A9 and continue for approximately 35 km. Take the exit toward A10/E22 and merge onto A10. Follow the signs for A1 toward Amsterdam-Centrum. As you enter the city, follow the signs for Centrum. Once you reach the city center, Thorbeckeplein will be on your right, just off the Amstel River.

From Egmond aan Zee, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Egmondseweg. Take the bus number 166 towards Alkmaar. At Alkmaar station, transfer to the train heading to Amsterdam Centraal. After approximately 40 minutes, disembark at Amsterdam Centraal. From there, walk towards the Amstel River and head southeast. Thorbeckeplein will be a short walk away, located on your right.
