Take a train from Eindhoven Central Station to 'Boxtel' station. This ride takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Boxtel, transfer to Bus Line 318 towards 'Heeswijk-Dinther'. Get off at 'Heeswijk, Kilsdonkseweg' stop after about 20 minutes. From there, walk for about 10 minutes along Kilsdonkseweg, and you will reach The Kilsdonk Mill at Kilsdonkseweg 4-6.
