If you are starting from the Eindhoven Train Station, exit the station and head south on Stationsplein. Continue straight onto Keizersgracht. At the first intersection, turn left onto Vonderweg and walk until you reach the intersection with Elisenstraat. Turn right onto Elisenstraat and continue walking straight. You will eventually reach the intersection with Van Lieshoutstraat. The Elisabethtunnel is located at the end of Van Lieshoutstraat. You will see the entrance to the tunnel on your right.
