If you are starting from the Groningen Central Station, exit the station and head northeast on Stationsweg toward Emmastraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hereweg. Turn left onto Hereweg and continue until you reach the intersection with Heresingel. Turn right onto Heresingel. The Sculptuur Werkman-monument will be located on your left side at Heresingel 9711.

Public Transport

From the Groningen Central Station, take bus line 5 or 6 towards 'Zernike' or 'Hoogkerk'. Get off at the stop 'Heresingel'. After you exit the bus, walk back a few steps along Heresingel road towards the direction of the Central Station. The Sculptuur Werkman-monument is located at Heresingel 9711, just a short walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the city center and head toward the eastern part of the city. Follow the bike lanes that lead you to Heresingel. Once you reach Heresingel, look for the address 9711 EN Groningen. The Sculptuur Werkman-monument is easily visible from the bike lane.
