Walking
From the Haarlem Central Station, exit the station and head south onto the Kruisweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection at the Grote Markt. Turn left onto the Koudenhorn, passing the St. Bavokerk on your right. Follow Koudenhorn until it becomes the Spaarne river. Walk along the river until you reach the Teylers Museum. Continue walking along the Spaarne, and eventually, you will reach the junction with the Bloemgracht in Amsterdam, where you can admire the beautiful canal views.
Public Transport (Train)
From Haarlem Central Station, take the train towards Amsterdam Centraal. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and head towards the exit leading to the city center. Walk straight ahead to reach the main street, and then follow the signs to the Damrak. Continue walking until you reach the junction with the Bloemgracht, where you can explore the beautiful canals.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Haarlem. Start from the city center and head towards the Spaarne river. Follow the signs towards Amsterdam, which will guide you along the scenic bike paths. The ride to Bloemgracht will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace. Enjoy the picturesque views along the way as you approach Amsterdam and eventually reach the Bloemgracht.
