Bus

From Haarlem, walk to the Haarlem Station. Once there, purchase a ticket for a train to Utrecht. After about a 30-minute train ride, arrive at Utrecht Central Station. From the station, take bus line 28 towards 'Vleuten' and get off at the 'Kasteellaan' stop. The Castle De Haar will be a short walk from the bus stop.

Train + Walk

Head to Haarlem Station and take a train to Utrecht Central Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Utrecht Central Station, exit onto the street and head south towards 'Heuvelrugweg'. Walk for about 10 minutes, following the signs for 'Kasteellaan'. You will find Castle De Haar at Kasteellaan 1.

Bicycle

If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Haarlem. Head out of the city towards the N208 highway, following the signs for Utrecht. The ride is about 14 kilometers and should take around 45 minutes to an hour depending on your speed. Upon reaching Utrecht, follow the signs for 'Kasteellaan' where Castle De Haar is located.
