Walking
From the Haarlem train station, exit towards the main square (Grote Markt). Walk straight down the 'Kruisweg' street until you reach the 'Kleverlaan' intersection. Turn left onto 'Kleverlaan' and continue walking until you reach the 'Zijlweg' road. Here, you can catch a bus to Amsterdam. Board bus line 300 or 100 at the bus stop 'Haarlem, Kleverlaan'. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at 'Amsterdam, Amstelstation'. From there, switch to tram line 12 towards 'Zuid' and get off at 'Zuid', then take tram line 2 towards 'Dam'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Leidseplein'. Walk towards 'Prinsengracht' by following the signs for 'Vondelpark'. Continue on 'Prinsengracht' until you reach number 756, where 'De Duif' is located.
Bus and Tram
Starting from the Haarlem train station, head to the bus terminal right next to the station. Take bus line 300 towards Amsterdam. The bus journey will take around 30 minutes. Get off at 'Amsterdam, Amstelstation'. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the tram platform and board tram line 12 towards 'Zuid'. Ride for about 4 stops and get off at 'Leidseplein'. From Leidseplein, it's a short walk to 'Prinsengracht'. Head towards 'Prinsengracht' street, walk along the canal until you reach number 756, where 'De Duif' is located.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from various rental shops in Haarlem. Start by heading towards the 'Zijlweg', and then use the designated bike paths to ride towards Amsterdam. Follow 'Zijlweg' until you reach 'Zandvoortselaan', then continue straight onto 'Amstelveenseweg'. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will reach Amsterdam. Once you enter the city, follow signs for 'Prinsengracht'. You can park your bike at designated bike racks near 'De Duif' at Prinsengracht 756.
