Start at Haarlem train station and take a train towards Leiden. After about 15 minutes, get off at the station 'Katwijk aan Zee'. From there, catch bus number 31 towards Katwijk and get off at the 'Voorstraat' stop. Walk south on Voorstraat for about 5 minutes to reach Katwijks Museum at Voorstraat 46.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Haarlem and follow the route via the N208 road. Head to the southern exit of Haarlem, taking the bike lane alongside the road. Continue straight for about 12 km until you reach Katwijk. Once in the town, follow the signs to Voorstraat and turn left to reach Katwijks Museum at number 46.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk from Haarlem to Katwijk, it’s about a 12 km trek. Start from the city center and head towards the south, following the path that leads through the parks and fields. It will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you reach Katwijk, ask locals for directions to Voorstraat 46, where the museum is located.
