Take Tram line 9 towards Scheveningen. Stay on the tram for about 20 minutes, and get off at the Scheveningen Strand stop. From Haarlem, head to Haarlem's main train station (Haarlem Station). Take a train to The Hague (Den Haag) and get off at Den Haag Hollands Spoor station. At Hollands Spoor, transfer to Bus line 22 towards Scheveningen. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Scheveningen Strand stop.
