Take a train to the nearest station, which is Apeldoorn. From Apeldoorn, you can catch a bus (line 108) that goes to Hoenderloo. Once you arrive in Hoenderloo, it is roughly a 30-minute walk to Kabouterpad. Follow the signs to Krimweg, and then continue on foot until you reach the Kabouterpad entrance. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary.
