Bus
From Leiden Central Station, take bus line 50 towards Haarlem. Get off at the 'Cruquiusdijk' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the museum. Head southeast on Cruquiusdijk for about 500 meters. De Cruquius will be on your left at Cruquiusdijk 27.
Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle in Leiden. Start from the center and head out towards the northwest, following the signs for the Oegstgeesterweg (N207) which leads towards Cruquius. After about 6 kilometers, turn left onto Cruquiusdijk. De Cruquius will be located at number 27 on your right.
Walking
If you prefer walking, start from the center of Leiden. Head north towards the Vrouwenkerk, then continue to the Zijlpoort. From there, follow the signs towards Oegstgeest, which will lead you to the N207. Continue walking for about 6 kilometers along the road until you reach Cruquiusdijk. De Cruquius will be at Cruquiusdijk 27 on your left.
