Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Nieuwe Rijn. Turn right onto Nieuwe Rijn, then follow it until you see a pedestrian bridge on your left. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself in the center of Rotterdam. Grotemarkt will be just a few minutes walk from there.
