Walking
Start from the center of Leiden at the Beestenmarkt. Walk towards the main street, Breestraat, and head east. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Nieuwe Rijn. Turn left onto Nieuwe Rijn and follow it until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the Witte Singel. Follow the Witte Singel until you reach the bus station at the end of the street. From there, take Bus 12 towards Utrecht and get off at the stop 'Utrecht, Buurkerkhof'. The Buurtoren is a short walk from the bus stop, located at Buurkerkhof 12.
Bicycle
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Leiden, such as 'Fietspunt'. Start your ride heading east on the Breestraat and follow it until you reach the intersection with Nieuwe Rijn. Turn left and continue straight, crossing the bridge over Nieuwe Rijn. After crossing, follow the Witte Singel and bike along until you reach the bus station. From the station, take a left onto the road leading towards Utrecht, and continue biking until you reach Buurkerkhof 12. The Buurtoren will be on your right.

From the central station in Leiden, take a train towards Utrecht Central. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal located just outside. Take Bus 12 towards 'Utrecht, Buurkerkhof'. Get off at the Buurkerkhof stop, and you will see the Buurtoren right in front of you at Buurkerkhof 12.
