Walking
From the central station in Leiden (Leiden Centraal), exit the station and head south toward Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Korte Mare. Follow Korte Mare as it becomes Nieuwe Rijn, and then continue onto Hooigracht. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Haarlemmerstraat. Here, turn left onto Haarlemmerstraat and continue until you reach the next intersection. Turn right onto Breestraat and follow it until you reach the large square, the Markt. Cross the square and head towards the main shopping street, the Aalmarkt. Continue straight until you reach the corner of the street. There, you will find a sign to the bus station. Take bus 12 in the direction of Vleuten-De Meern. Get off at the stop 'Thematerkade' and walk a short distance to Thematerkade 4, Utrecht.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in Leiden. Start from the city center and head towards the A44 highway. Make your way to the bike path that leads to Utrecht. Follow the bike path for approximately 30-40 minutes, enjoying the scenic views along the way. As you approach Utrecht, follow the signs for 'Vleuten-De Meern'. Once you reach the area, look for Thematerkade and follow the street signs to 4 Thematerkade, which should be on your left.
