Getting There

Walking
From Leiden Central Station, exit the station and head towards the bus stops located directly outside. Look for bus line 43 towards Utrecht. Board the bus and enjoy the ride; it will take you directly to Utrecht. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Utrecht Central Station. Once you exit the bus, follow the signs to the train station's main exit. As you step outside, you will see the large square in front of the station. From here, head straight down the Vredenburg street, which will lead you to the shopping area. Continue straight until you reach the Korte Minrebroederstraat, where you will find the Utrecht City Hall at number 2.

Biking
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in Leiden. Once you have your bike, head towards the N206 road and follow the signs to Utrecht. The biking route is well-marked and will take you through beautiful Dutch countryside. The ride is approximately 20 kilometers and should take about an hour. Upon arriving in Utrecht, follow the signs to the city center, and once you reach the Binnenstad area, look for Korte Minrebroederstraat. The City Hall is located at number 2.

From Leiden Central Station, purchase a ticket to Utrecht Central Station. Trains to Utrecht run frequently, approximately every 15-20 minutes. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main square in front of the station. From there, walk down Vredenburg street towards the shopping area. Keep walking until you reach Korte Minrebroederstraat, where you will find the Utrecht City Hall at number 2.
