From Maastricht, head to the main bus station, Maastricht Station. Take bus line 50 towards Roermond. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Montfort' stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Montfort Castle. Head east on Huysdijk, and you will see the castle ahead.

Start your journey at Maastricht train station. Take a train towards Roermond and get off at the 'Roermond' station. From there, transfer to bus line 350 towards Geleen. Get off at the 'Montfort' stop. Walk about 15 minutes to Montfort Castle by heading east on Huysdijk, where the castle is located.
