If you're in the city center of Rotterdam, head to the 'Beurs' tram stop. Take tram line 21 towards 'Scheveningen'. Stay on the tram for about 25 minutes, and get off at the 'Scheveningen, Strandweg' stop. From there, walk straight down Strandweg for about 5 minutes until you reach De Pier at Strandweg 150-154.

From Rotterdam Central Station, take bus line 30 towards 'Den Haag, Hollands Spoor'. After about 40 minutes, get off at 'Den Haag, Scheveningen Noord'. From the bus stop, walk along the beach promenade towards the south for about 15 minutes until you see De Pier at Strandweg 150-154.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Rotterdam. Head towards the coast via the bike paths. Follow signs to 'Den Haag', which will take you through scenic routes along the way. It will take approximately 45 minutes to reach De Pier at Strandweg 150-154.
