If you're driving, head towards the center of Ommen. From the main entrance of Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, take the N348 towards Ommen. Continue on N348 until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the N340 and follow this road into Ommen. Once in the city, look for signs leading to the Kerkplein. Park your car in one of the nearby parking lots, and the Brigittakerk will be a short walk from there.
