If you are starting from Zwolle's main train station (Station Zwolle), exit the station and head south towards the 'Rode Loper' (the Red Carpet) pathway. Continue walking along this pathway until you reach the intersection with Diezerkade. Turn left onto Diezerkade and walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the first major intersection. Here, turn right onto Assendorperstraat. Keep walking for approximately 1 kilometer; you will notice shops and local cafes along the way. From the Zwolle train station, head to the bus station located adjacent to the train station. Look for bus line number 3 or 4, which goes towards 'Assendorp.' Board the bus and enjoy a short ride; the journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Assendorperplein' stop, which is directly at the town square. Once you disembark, you will find yourself in the heart of Assendorperplein, surrounded by shops and cafes.
