From The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal), take tram line 17 towards 'Pijnacker' and ride for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Pijnacker' stop. Once you exit the tram, head northeast on the main road (N468) for about 10 minutes. You will arrive at Ackerdijkse Plassen, which is located on your right. Look for signs indicating the lake.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike at one of the many rental shops in The Hague. Start your journey from the city center, heading southeast towards the N470 road. Follow the bike paths along the N470, which will lead you to Pijnacker in about 30-40 minutes. Upon reaching Pijnacker, follow the signs to Ackerdijkse Plassen, which will be located on your right.

Walking to Ackerdijkse Plassen is quite a long distance, approximately 10 km from the city center of The Hague. Start by heading southeast towards Pijnacker via the main road (N468). This route will take about 2 hours by foot. Once you reach Pijnacker, follow the signs to the lake, which will be on your right.
