Once you arrive at Leiden Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stops. Take bus number 33 towards 'Leiden, Molen de Put' and get off at the 'Leiden, Molen de Put' stop. From there, walk southeast on Park de Put for about 5 minutes to reach Molen De Put at Park de Put 11.
